- Proprietary Concepts: All 3D architectural models, immersive VR green engine parameters, spatial layouts, and custom design documentation shared during consultations or project lifecycles remain strictly confidential.

- Restricted Access: Access to project files, draft renders, and engineering data is restricted exclusively to authorized project team members bound by professional non-disclosure agreements.

- No Unauthorised Reproduction: Design concepts, renderings, and structural frameworks cannot be duplicated, shared, or repurposed for external commercial use without express written authorization.

- Encrypted Transmission: All final data packets, material audit trails, and zero-waste verification metrics transferred during project development and final handover utilize secure, encrypted channels.

- Data Integrity: Information regarding material sourcing, green compliance, and asset specifications is cataloged solely for the designated property owner to preserve a secure digital audit trail.

- Confidential Archiving: Post-handover digital assets are stored within protected, isolated environments to ensure long-term privacy and security for the asset owner.

- Zero-Data Sharing Policy: Client personal information, site blueprints, financial parameters, and proprietary development strategies are never sold, traded, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

- Strict Communication Channels: All project communications, feedback loops, and remote consultations are conducted through secure networks to prevent interception or exposure of sensitive project details.

- Regulatory Compliance: Our data management practices align with rigorous privacy and data protection standards to safeguard your interests from initial concept through final key handover.

- Scope of Confidential Information: "Confidential Information" encompasses all architectural designs, spatial computing models, virtual reality codebases, Lumion/Unity rendering parameters, client identification data, digital twin data packets, and commercial rate cards disclosed by Blue Onyx Estates, whether orally, visually, or in writing.

- Permitted Use: Receiving parties and clients agree to utilize the shared confidential materials solely for the evaluation, review, and execution of the commissioned architectural cinema project or virtual reality partnership.

- Non-Disclosure Obligations: You agree not to disclose, publish, reverse-engineer, or disseminate any proprietary project files, raw 3D assets, or technical configurations to any unauthorized third party without express written authorization from Blue Onyx Estates.

- Duration of Confidentiality: The obligation to protect and restrict the use of Confidential Information shall remain in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years following the initial date of disclosure or project completion, unless a separate, extended bilateral agreement is executed.

Upon project termination, expiration of the evaluation period, or at the explicit written request of Blue Onyx Estates, the receiving party must promptly return, delete, or permanently destroy all physical and digital copies of confidential architectural assets, VR source files, and proprietary design documentation.
